JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a leading Main MEP Contractor working on projects in
Ireland and across mainland Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career with a

Carrying out complex maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems
Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems including
State Point Liquid Cooling Units
Fan Coil Wall Units
Air Handling Unit’s
Makeup Air Units
Air Conditioning Units
Pumps & Motors
Building Automation Systems
Completing all engineering records on Client & internal computer-based
maintenance systems
REQUIREMENTS
Multi skilled tradesman with a mechanical or electrical background
Experience of critical HVAC plant, Equipment and systems such as
Building Management and Controls systems
Minimum 5 years post apprenticeship experience in service and repair
in all aspects of HVAC plant.
An ability to solve problems through root-cause analysis in a complex,
sensitive environment.
A positive outlook, eager to learn, and a desire to progress their
career.
Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality with the
ability to work individually as well as a part of a team.
The ability to start and develop excellent relationships with clients.
